- 「這什麼意思？」 (What Does This Mean?) for Mac — the paid licence. The iPhone app is a free download. Apple's on-device model is fully usable without any purchase; a one-time in-app purchase unlocks three cloud sources. The iPhone app does not use a License Key. The Mac licence sold on this site, and its pool of up to 3 seats, applies to Macs only; it neither does nor can unlock an iPhone or iPad. If the original App Store transaction verified on this device shows you first obtained version 1.0 or 1.0.1, you retain full access after updating and are not required to make this in-app purchase.

- One licence for the Mac edition, delivered as a single licence key, activating on up to three Macs at a time. The licence itself has no expiry date, does not renew, and is never charged again; it re-validates on the device every 180 days, and we commit to providing that verification service and keeping the purchased version downloadable for at least 2 years from the date of purchase (see “Technical protection measures and compatibility” below).

- Costs on top of the price
- We charge nothing on top: no delivery charge, no handling fee, no activation fee, no annual fee. The internet connection needed to download and activate is billed by your own provider, not by us.
- Licence
- A one-time purchase. The licence itself has no expiry date; it is not a subscription and there is no recurring charge. It re-validates on the device every 180 days, and we commit to providing that verification service for at least 2 years from the date of purchase. One licence activates on up to three Macs at a time, and an activation can be released and reassigned.
- When and how you pay
- In full at checkout, through Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
- When and how it is delivered
- Electronically and immediately after payment: the licence key is shown once on the return page and emailed to the address you gave. Nothing is shipped. Save the key and keep that email — we do not resend it and cannot recover it for you. For now, a device seat can be released only by deactivating it inside the app on a device you still have and can operate; there is currently no public recovery flow for a lost or inaccessible device.
- System requirements
- The paid Mac edition needs macOS 26 or later; the iPhone app (a free App Store download) needs iOS 26 or later. A Mac that cannot update to macOS 26 cannot run it, and restarting will not change that. Licence activation needs an internet connection; explanations themselves can be produced on the device.
- Deadline for ordering
- None. There is no deadline and no quantity limit on placing an order. If a time-limited offer is ever run, its period is stated on the offer itself, not here.
Technical protection measures and compatibility
How this licence is enforced in practice, and what it runs on. Article 6(1)(r) and (s) of Directive 2011/83/EU require this before you are bound by the contract, which is why it is here rather than only in the terms.
- Licence key and device activation
- The paid Mac edition needs a licence key. Activating registers this Mac once with our activation server, identified by a device key generated in its Secure Enclave. That record exists only to enforce the device limit below and holds none of the text you had explained.
- 3 devices at a time, releasable and reassignable
- One licence activates on up to 3 Macs at a time. A 4th activation is refused, and your licence is not terminated because of it. Deactivate any of them in the app and, once that deactivation completes, the slot is released and can be reassigned; activating the new Mac still requires your saved License Key.
- Works offline, renews online periodically
- Activation installs a signed licence lease on that Mac, valid for 180 days. While it is valid, verification happens entirely on the device with no network. Within the last 90 days of the lease the app renews it whenever a network is available; if it never reaches one, that Mac needs a connection again once the lease has expired.
- The licence is not transferable
- The licence is granted to you personally and may not be resold, lent or otherwise transferred to anyone else. Where mandatory law in your country gives you more than this, that law applies.
- Version availability: at least 2 years
- The licence itself has no expiry date. For at least 2 years from your date of purchase we will keep the version you bought available to download and keep accepting licence verification for it. You may decline updates and stay on the version you have installed.
- Compatibility and interoperability
- The paid Mac edition needs macOS 26 or later; every Mac that can update to macOS 26 can activate it. The iPhone app is a free download. Apple's on-device model is fully usable without any purchase; a one-time in-app purchase unlocks three cloud sources. The iPhone app does not use a License Key. The Mac licence sold on this site, and its pool of up to 3 seats, applies to Macs only; it neither does nor can unlock an iPhone or iPad. Full access on iPhone is verified through the App Store in-app purchase; beyond that the app applies no further licence verification. Apart from the licence verification described here the app imposes no further technical restriction: there is no regional restriction, and your understanding ledger stays on your own device and exports as JSON. Using your existing subscription through Codex, Claude Code or Grok Build requires each provider's official CLI, which you install yourself.
If what we deliver does not match the contract
If the software we deliver does not conform to the contract in kind or in quality — for example, a defect that stops the functions described on this page from working — we have not excluded or limited our liability for it by any term. Your rights to have it put right, to a reduction in price, to damages, and to terminate, under the civil and consumer law that applies to you, are unaffected.
This liability is separate from the 14-day return term below. It survives the 14 days, and relying on it does not require you to use those 14 days first.

- None. This is delivered electronically, there is nothing to send back, and you bear no cost.
To cancel or ask for a refund, email cso@titapex.com. You may also call the number above, but outside support hours it goes to voicemail, and either way we reply by email. Include the email address you bought with and the date of payment — those two are enough to find your order.
Within 14 days of purchase you may cancel and receive a full refund for any reason or none, at no cost to you. After 14 days we still consider requests case by case; see the refund policy.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them. Your right of withdrawal under Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU is intact: we have not relied on the exception in Article 16(m) to take it away, and we have not excluded the Taiwanese right under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Where the law of your country gives you longer, or more grounds, that law applies.
If you bought through the App Store
If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, your purchase contract, your payment and your refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's terms, and we cannot issue that refund. We help with technical problems regardless of where you bought it.
Complaints
Email cso@titapex.com. We are not currently committed to any out-of-court dispute resolution body within the meaning of Article 6(1)(t) of Directive 2011/83/EU. That does not affect your right to complain to a consumer authority in your country or to go to court.
